Monsieur Cocktail Raspberry Syrup delivers the clean taste and texture of fresh raspberries, without any masking agent. Then, we press them into a smooth puree that is mixed with lemon juice and sugar before filtering. The result? A smooth and tasty coulis that will elevate your creations.
